DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support hiring across our Functional Service Partnerships (FSP) business. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building strong pipelines of qualified talent across life sciences functions. Working closely with recruiters and hiring teams, you will develop sourcing strategies, conduct talent market research, and build diverse candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs globally. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about talent identification, market intelligence, and building relationships with highly specialized professionals within the clinical research and pharmaceutical industries. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for career opportunities across multiple therapeutic and functional areas. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs within clinical research, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, data sciences, and related disciplines. Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, professional networks, referrals, and industry associations.
