Position Summary We are seeking for Staff Engineer – Electron Micorscopy who has experiences in the field of electron microscopy , with strong preference for hands-on exposure to Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM) , Transmission Electron Microscopes (TEM) , and SDB/FIB-SEM systems . The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, customer-facing capability, and proven experience in supporting, demonstrating, or managing advanced microscopy products and solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead design and development, qualification of subsystems for SEM, TEM, and FIB/SDB platforms working on Cost out programs Drive product cost analysis, teardown benchmarking, and Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives independently and create a strong pipeline Provide leadership, supervision & coordination for project management, and design activities for the VAVE team. Work on system architecture, component selection, and integration of electron optics
