DESCRIPTION: Join our Talent Acquisition team at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you'll contribute to attracting qualified talent to help advance our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. As a Sr Recruiter , you'll serve as a strategic talent advisor, managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across business units. You'll collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. This role offers the opportunity to shape our talent strategy while representing our culture of integrity, intensity, innovation, and involvement.  Sources, recruits, screens resumes and interviews internal and external candidates for vacancies including mid to executive level positions.  Ensures necessary authorization is obtained prior to commencing recruitment activity.  Maintains records of activity via the recruitment system and prepares productivity, analytical and other reports as assigned. Tracks applicants.  May assist management in sourcing of support functions as necessary. Manages workflow within the team, communicates corporate initiatives, strategies and measurements, trains and develops existing recruiters.  Provides frequent, high quality, value-added advice and counsel to business partners on recruit
