Key Responsibilities Own business analysis and requirements for Enterprise Commercial AI solutions. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Customer Experience, Pricing, Commercial Operations, Customer Service, and CRM teams. Good knowledge on how Commercial teams operate, their workflows and the related tools of trade Document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Digital Technology, Data & AI, Product Management, and Engineering. Lead workshops and process discovery sessions. Drive stakeholder adoption and change management. Measure KPIs and business value realization. Required Qualifications 10+ years in enterprise digital product delivery or business analysis. 3+ years as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar.
