Our inventory management specialists use our intuitive electronic systems and mobile scanning tools to ensure orders move efficiently from dock to desk. A day in the Life: Management and tracking of the daily samples delivered to the site Process outbound shipments using validated shipping containers, and continuous temperature monitoring devices. Shipments may include IATA DOT hazardous materials Serve as sample clerks dedicated to the QC Labs. The responsibilities of ULS will include but are not limited to: Receiving, inspecting, checking-in and transferring samples, Track laboratory reference standard and biological indicator needs and ordering. Disposing samples from LIMS and physically after CoT has been released, manage sample/chemical waste accordingly. Audit sample inventory routinely, support quarterly cleaning of fridges/freezers, and chemical inventory disposal, and other inspection readiness activities as needed.
