Salesforce Administrator / Salesforce Support Specialist Key Responsibilities Work on Salesforce.com support tickets and administrative requests across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Partner with business analysts, end users, IT teams, and stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements. Convert business requirements into functional designs and Salesforce configuration solutions. Configure and maintain Salesforce.com features including fields, relationships, page layouts, workflow rules, approval processes, validation rules, email notifications, custom buttons, custom links, queues, views, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules. Document solution approaches for developers to build or enhance custom objects, Visualforce pages, Apex classes, triggers, services, reports, dashboards, and workflows. Understand, maintain, and enhance business processes implemented within Salesforce.com. Develop reports, dashboards, and monitoring processes to improve data quality, integrity, and business visibility. Perform Salesforce data loads, data fixes, and support resolution of CRM data issues. Ensure data security through appropriate use of roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules. Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, configuration documentation, and business process documentation. Perform unit test
