The Global Service & Support (GSS) organisation plays a critical role in delivering service excellence by helping customers maintain reliable, compliant and timely service for laboratory, clinical and analytical instrumentation. This role joins a high-performing commercial team focused on service growth across Australia and New Zealand. Role summary As an Inside Sales Representative - GSS Service (ANZ), you will manage and develop service-sales opportunities across Australia and New Zealand. You will drive service revenue by targeting uncontracted customers in the install base, securing service contract renewals, preparing service quotes, and maintaining a disciplined opportunity funnel. Using a consultative selling approach, you will understand customer needs, position appropriate service solutions and build trusted relationships across academic, biotech, pharma, clinical, industrial and other service markets. You will work closely with Field Service Sales, Service Contracts, Service Operations, Technical Support and Field Service Engineers to support timely and high-quality service delivery. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy, owns service commercial activity within delegated authority, and contributes to revenue-driving initiatives for the ANZ GSS business. Key responsibilities Act as the primary inside-sales contact for ANZ service customers across service contracts, preventive maintenance, break/fix support, parts, upgrades and related service offerings.
