Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineer III to join our innovative and forward-thinking team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in product design, qualification, and cost optimization. The successful candidate will lead Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives, drive cost reduction strategies, and ensure product quality and performance across globally manufactured products. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and qualification of mechanical and electromechanical products manufactured across global sites Drive product cost analysis, teardown benchmarking, and Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives independently Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities while maintaining product performance, reliability, and quality Conduct cost-benefit analyses and deliver measurable annualized savings for assigned projects Drive design standard
