Senior Engineers, Radio Frequency located in Albuquerque, NM will serve as the lead technical resource for the engineering design and system performance of the GSM, LTE, and NR Radio Network. Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supervise, monitor, and analyze statistical network performance data, and collect, process, and review drive test data. Work with the operations team and sales team to troubleshoot complex site network problems, review data to determine the cause of faulty equipment, and address customer complaints. Collaborate with RF Engineers to evaluate and resolve complex issues and update databases with the resolution or actions taken. Develop processes and strategic approaches to problem solving, devise inter- and intra-team processes for system performance, and serve as a KPI subject matter expert in order to improve network performance. Serve as a lead resource for coverage, capacity, and performance activities on GSM/LTE/NR and emerging technology theory. Define and develop internal processes used for radio network design, provide capacity planning and growth strategies, and participate with federal, state, and local jurisdictions to ensure regulatory and zoning compliance.
