Job Summary Synechron is seeking an experienced Python Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications that integrate with mobile, cloud, IoT, and blockchain-enabled solutions. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust software, emphasizes clean and efficient code, and keeps pace with evolving Python technologies. The position contributes to scalable backend services, data integration, and enterprise delivery outcomes. Software Requirements Essential Proficiency in Python programming language Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies Strong technical knowledge across mobile, cloud, IoT, or blockchain technologies Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js Experience with cross-functional teams and participating in code reviews Proficiency with development tools and collaboration platforms (Git, JIRA, Confluence) Knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server) Preferred Experience with Python frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker) Exposure to cloud deployment and services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Experience with testing frameworks (pytest), CI/CD, and automated quality checks Overall Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technology requirements and design solutions that meet business needs Develop technical specifications and detailed documentation for new features and enhancements Stay current with the latest Python and technology trends; recommend improvements Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to team members Work with QA to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards Promote sustainable and efficient software development practices Technical Skills (By Category) Programming Languages Essential: Python Preferred: Java, Node
