: • Build and maintain strong relationship with the Divisional teams and functional teams.聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 • Partner with business and technical teams to drive consensus on the best solution to business problems and the delivery of new solutions and enhancements聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 • Define tangible use cases that align desired technology output to commercial objectives聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 • Recommend business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 • Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams. 聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 • Improve the business analysis function through best practices, process management, mentoring, and education.聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 What You Need: • Bachelor鈥檚 in business administration or computer information systems preferred • 6 to 9 years of professional experience in Supply chain with an emphasis in global trade and transportation functions preferred. • Deep capabilities knowledge with global Trade and/or Transportation solution, preferably SAP TM or SAP GTS. • Experience with process mapping and documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required.聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 • Demonstrated ability to understand, evaluate and recommend changes to business processes is required聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 • Experience working with high level business stakeholders is required. • Experience working in a regulated environment is preferred.聽 • Ability to support different time zones based on the project/business stakeholders being engaged.
