Responsibilities: 1.People Management Recruitment, coach, mentor, and develop a team of analysts to profile data for a given content pillar and market Undertake performance reviews to ensure that each team member works towards clearly defined team goals. 2. Operational Management Plan manpower capacity and scheduling to ensure SLA and goals are met / exceeded Manage workflow queues to ensure timely delivery of data profiles in accordance with established production schedules Enforce quality assurance and controls to ensure accuracy levels meet / exceed targets. 3. Process/Methodology Custodianship Collaborate with Data colleagues across locations to Develop and maintain methodology and procedures manuals for data collection. Enforce compliance of staff with established data collection and quality procedures. Analyze performance metrics (timeliness, efficiency, quality, controls) and implement opportunities for continuous improvement. Research, recommend, and implement technology and content opportunities to improve product quality and operational efficiencies. 4.Product Support Collaborate with other teams across functions (i.e., Research, ICS, Product, Development, QBIT) in support of planned product enhancements and extensions Respond to queries from internal and external clients. Qualifications: At least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Geology, or similar field of study. A post-graduate degree is a plus
