Role Overview State Street Investment Management (“State Street IM”, formerly State Street Global Advisors) is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Engineering to support the design, delivery, and production support of the Transition Management (TM) & Trading technology platform . This role will be accountable to platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency , while enabling efficient execution of Transition Management workflows across asset classes. You will partner closely with engineering leadership, product teams, and business stakeholders to enhance platform capabilities, improve stability, and support ongoing modernization initiatives . Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities Platform Development & Support Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Transition Management technology platform, including execution, workflow orchestration, and post-trade processes Support platform stability, monitoring, and incident management, ensuring high availability and operational efficiency Assist in the implementation of modern architectures (cloud, APIs, microservices) to improve performance and scalability Transition Management Engineering Deliver and enhance core TM capabilities , including trade execution, cost modelling, analytics, and reporting.
