The Manager – SEC Yield role is accountable for end‑to‑end oversight of SEC Yield operations, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery. The role combines strong accounting expertise with people leadership, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to maintain high operational standards across daily processing, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Overall Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end delivery of SEC Yield processes across assigned Clients/ funds. Support review of SEC Yields in compliance with ICI guidelines and client policy. Lead, mentor, and develop team members to ensure strong performance and succession readiness. Ensure daily, monthly, and ad‑hoc deliverables are completed accurately and within defined SLAs. Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues, breaks, and operational risks. Elevates unresolved issues to management, as required. Drive effective communication with global stakeholders, client operations, and technology teams. Ensure appropriate workload distribution, productivity, and operational health metrics. Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance requirements, and risk frameworks. Review and approve key deliverables, exceptions, and impact assessments. Lead process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives. Support audits, regulatory reviews, and senior management reporting. Manages and facilitates training and assists in the career development of new hires or subordinates. Remains familiar with back-up procedures when system applications and/or transmission problems arise. Accounting Specific Responsibilities : Provide oversight and final review of daily SEC Yield calculations and validations. Ensure SEC Yield methodologies comply with regulatory and accounting standards. Review and approve resolution of complex income, accrual, and yield discrepancies.
