Purpose The Assistant Vice President - Regulatory Reporting is responsible for end-to-end ownership, oversight, and completion of regulatory reporting processes, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely submission of regulatory returns to global and local regulators. The role requires deep expertise across regulatory reporting, financial reporting, internal control frameworks. The AVP will act as a key stakeholder interfacing with regulators, internal senior management, technology and audit, while driving continuous improvement, automation and control enhancement across the regulatory reporting framework. Responsibilities & Tasks Include Regulatory Reporting & Framework Ownership Complete, accurate and timely weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to applicable regulators, including but not limited to the FR Y-9LP, FR 2314, FR 2886b and FR Y-11. Perform reconciliations across products, reports and schedules. Analyze financial data to complete filings, understand fluctuations and uncover potential inaccuracies. Provide end-to-end oversight of regulatory reporting processes, including daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual submissions to applicable regulators. Ensure adherence to regulatory reporting frameworks, governance standards, and internal control requirements across all reports. Review, challenge, and approve regulatory submissions prior to filing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Data Flow, Lineage & Controls Demonstrate strong understanding of reporting requirements and processes. Own and enhance data lineage documentation, ensuring transparency from source to submission. Design, implement, and monitor robust control frameworks, including reconciliations, variance analysis, issue tracking, and remediation. Analysis, Review & Issue Resolution Lead preparation and review of timely, accurate and complete legal entity reporting, contributing to other reporting processes and projects as needed.
