Job Description Who we are looking for: The Regulatory Reporting Centre of Excellence Team (RRCOE) within State Street Investment Management's Operations department is committed to delivering expert operational services through collaboration and clear thinking. This team plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements and industry standards. The primary responsibility of the role is to monitor, analyze, and report financial transactions to relevant regulators or trade repositories, ensuring timely resolution and escalation of exceptions. The RRCOE team handles key regulatory reporting obligations including EMIR, ASIC, SFTR, MiFID, and disclosures to the Irish and UK Takeover Panels under Rule 8.3. The team also monitors changes from the Swiss Takeover Board and supports the Office of Regulatory Strategy and Execution (ORSE) by aggregating and validating data from SSGA business functions for submission to the Volcker Office. This role demands a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple teams to maintain reporting accuracy and compliance.
