Job Title: Officer - Project Manager - AI Team (Overall 8-12 Years Experience) Role Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate AI projects involving both traditional AI/ML and Generative AI (GenAI) use cases. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of professional experience in technology project management, with demonstrable success managing end-to-end delivery of AI/ML solutions. You will drive project execution in partnership with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and platform teams, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes that align with business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple AI/ML and GenAI project streams from initiation to delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Work closely with Data Science Leads, AI/ML Engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics for AI use cases (including LLM, RAG, and agentic applications). Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional collaboration between data science, engineering, product, and business teams for seamless project delivery. Oversee project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communication; ensure transparency on project progress, blockers, and outcomes. Track and ensure adherence to AI/ML project best practices, experimentation discipline, model evaluation, and compliance requirements. Support the transition of models from experimentation to production by coordinating with platform and engineering teams (packaging, APIs, deployment, monitoring). Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the AI team.
