This Business Analyst team guides and reinforces adoption of modern business analysis practices, including the responsible use of AI to enhance insight generation, decision quality, and delivery predictability, while maintaining clear accountability and risk awareness as part of the Client Pathways initiative Key Accountabilities Translate ambiguous or competing priorities into clear, actionable business requirements and decision frameworks. Influence strategic initiatives by grounding recommendations in data, client needs, operational realities, and platform capabilities. Drive engagement across complex stakeholder groups to ensure shared understanding of objectives, scope, risks, and outcomes. Communicate clearly and effectively with executive, business, and technical audiences, tailoring messaging as appropriate.
