Who we are looking for: This role is responsible for accurately processing client attestation reports and ad-hoc requests, coordinating with upstream and client-facing teams, ensuring quality checks, managing inbox-driven deliverables, and supporting end-of-day operations while working within tight deadlines using MS Office tools Why this role is important to us: The team you will be joining is a part Client Attestation Team What you will be responsible for: As Apprentice you will: Process Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client Attestation Reports and Ad-hoc queries with 100% accuracy Follow up with the upstream team and communicate report status with the client-facing team or client as necessary Support team and perform quality checks as per procedure Monitor the team group inbox and prioritize requests based on client deadlines Work under tight deadlines and create customized templates in Excel and PowerPoint Check and hand over the EOD procedure to TLs according to the task Experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PDF) Willingness to work in shifts. What we value: These skills will help you succeed in this role: Good communication and interpersonal skill Basic Understanding of Asset Management Education & Preferred Qualifications: Basic or intermediate Financial or Asset Management Certification. Additional requirements: Demonstrate the ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain fast turnaround times (TAT) Strong attention to detail with a focus on service quality Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong PC shortcut skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe packages such as InDesign and Illustrator is good to have About State Street What we do.
