Job Description You will be a part of the product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization. • Responsible to collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather requirements and define product specifications. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and drive product innovation. • Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable user stories and specifications. • Drive the development and launch of new features and enhancements, ensuring high quality deliverables that meet customer needs and business objectives. • Monitor product performance and user feedback and iterate on product features to optimize user experience and business outcomes. • Act as a product evangelist, engaging with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders to promote our Workforce Management solution and gather feedback for continuous improvement. What makes you qualified • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering in IT Technology, Business Administration, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in contact centre workforce managem
