Learn more at www.silabs.com . The Role We are seeking a hands-on Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team developing software for next-generation Wi-Fi connectivity solutions. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise, execution excellence, and people leadership to deliver high-quality software across multiple layers of the Wi-Fi protocol stack. This role requires a leader who can balance engineering depth with organizational effectiveness. You will develop engineering talent, drive execution against ambitious goals, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will serve as Product Owner for your team's backlog and priorities while leading a high-performing engineering team to deliver robust, high-performance software on schedule. Key Responsibilities · Own end-to-end delivery of critical Wi-Fi software components, ensuring they meet performance, reliability, quality and schedule commitments. · Lead, mentor, and grow a team of embedded software engineers. · Contribute technically through design reviews, architecture discussions, debugging, and hands-on development. · Drive Agile development practices — ensuring effective backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery execution while fulfilling product owner responsibilities. · Collaborate with architects, hardware designers, QA, and applications engineering to ensure seamless integration and successful
