Experience in delivering complete SAP Human Resource Management (HRM)/ Human capital management (HCM) including Time writing(TW) solutions to clients, proficient in analyzing and translating Business/Process requirements to technical requirements Must have SAP Configuration + Master data setup skills in SAP Personnel Administration (PA) / Personnel Time Management (PT) / Organizational Management (OM) Nice to have SAP Configuration + Master data setup skills in SAP Payroll accounting (PY)/ Personnel development (talent management)/ Event Management (PE)/ Recruitment (PB) Good to have Interface setup knowledge for Shell People/Workday with S4 Performs the SAP configurations & ensures that Build standards are adhered to best practices Understands the SAP configurations & master data activities with cross functional area Integration with PS/PM/FI/CO/MM/SD/BW Understanding of Business requirements and develop the IT Solution by working along with Process Architects/Design Authorities Works with Lead Business Analyst/Process Experts to develop technical design specification for solutions with high complexity Performs Unit Test, and supports Integration Test for the applicable solutions Coach and advise Application Delivery Analysts, Driving and supporting the Managed Services team on Complex area example- Budget Management, Time writing issues for timely issue resolution for business Undertake Problem Analysis to identify root causes of inciden
