You will work in a virtual team of global HRIT DevOps organization, responsible for providing HR System Support to all Shell employees, external candidates, and extended enterprise, on implemented HR SaaS solutions. You will be part of SAP Fieldglass DevOps team, supporting SAP Fieldglass functionality that is an integral part of Contingent Workforce Management. You will be deeply involved in end-to-end system features implementation, from design, configuration, testing and defects resolution to post deployment maintenance and troubleshooting. You will be required to understand both the technical and business side of Contingent Workforce processes, to deliver greater business impact and improved employee experience in a more affordable way. What you’ll be doing? The main accountabilities of HR DevOps Engineer are: Ensure solid understanding of user needs, clarify and capture requirements, including impact analysis in end-to-end landscape for SAP Fieldglass, associated integrations and any connected systems pertaining. Translate user requirements into technical solution and optimal system configuration, utilizing best practices and technical documentation available in internally and externally. Administer SAP Fieldglass - create change to the system and manage individual requests for system maintenance through managing configuration of the system and robust end to end testing (both positive and negative), without interruption to the end users.
