As an Associate Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end delivery and reliability of Enterprise Integration Services, with a focus on Azure Integration Services technologies such as Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure Functions. You will contribute to the resolution of technical issues and complex incidents, support major incident management activities, and work closely with COE, Portfolio, Development, vendors, and business partners to enable the successful onboarding of new services and interfaces. The role involves reviewing and providing input on technical changes, monitoring operational performance through trend analysis of incidents, problems, and changes, and helping to maintain the stability, integrity, and architecture of integration platforms. Additionally, you will assist with AIS platform setup and coordination across stakeholder teams, participate in vendor service reviews and operational discussions, ensure compliance with SLA and Operating Plan objectives, and actively support continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, feature adoption, and service enhancement efforts to drive operational excellence and system reliability. What you’ll be doing? Support change implementation and Incident/Problem resolution by coordinating with operations teams and suppliers. Assist in handling complex issues, RCA, improvement initiatives, and onboarding activities. Participate in technical change reviews, approvals, and planning for platform and interface upgrades.
