The position focuses on attracting and retaining customers, strengthening long-term loyalty, and driving demand for Shell Lubricants. It also involves identifying new business opportunities, maximizing value from existing accounts, and supporting strategic initiatives through structured problem-solving and effective project management. What’s the role? The primary accountability is to deliver top-line growth by effectively selling the Shell Customer Value Proposition (CVP) while maintaining strict compliance with Shell’s HSSE policies and the Shell General Business Principles. This role will manage the OE Franchised Workshop business across Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, and Jammu & Kashmir—covering existing customer portfolios as well as new business development. Business Responsibilities: Managing a Target & Off Role Staff to achieve Volume, Net Proceeds and targets as per T&R plans. Working Capital Management with correct Sales forecasting, good credit control as focus areas and deliver business plan within outstanding collections and targets. Take business decisions that reduce risk to business and are profitable to Shell. Maintain and grow good working relationships and business associations with the OEM Commercial, Sales and service teams. Drive the business through new /prospective customers, supporting for conversions and ensuring increase in market penetration and market share.
