ServiceTitan's Finance Business Technology (Finance BT) team is looking for a Senior Workday Engineer to join our Bangalore office as a dedicated production support partner for our Revenue, Billing, and Collections stakeholders. This role sits at the intersection of finance operations and enterprise systems, serving as the front-line owner of day-to-day support. You will ensure billing runs cleanly, revenue recognition data is accurate and accessible, and finance teams can execute the monthly close with confidence. You will work closely with the US-based Finance BT team and collaborate directly with Revenue Accounting, Billing Operations, and Collections on a daily basis. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving SaaS environment and takes pride in keeping the financial engine running. What you'll do Production Support: Serve as the first point of contact for system-related requests from Revenue, Billing, and Collections stakeholders; triage, prioritize, and resolve Jira tickets within SLA Close Support: Partner with Revenue Accounting and Billing teams during month-end and quarter-end close cycles; troubleshoot Workday revenue recognition and billing exceptions, investigate installment discrepancies, and support timely period close activities Report Requests: Build, maintain, and deliver ad hoc and recurring reports from Workday and related Finance systems to support billing operations, collections tracking, and revenue analysis Incident Management: Document, track, and escalate system issues; partner with the US-based Finance BT team to drive resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive follow-up Process Documentation: Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and user guides for recurring production support workflows Stakeholder Communication: Communicate proactively with finance stakeholders on ticket status, expected resolution timelines, and system or process changes What you'll bring 3 to 5 years of experience in a
