Ready to be a Titan? We are seeking a talented Salesforce CPQ Engineer with advance experience in CPQ (Configure Price Quote) to join our team. The Salesforce Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, with a focus on CPQ functionality. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce, including both technical implementation and business process design and strong technical skills in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning, as well as experience in CPQ. What You’ll Do: Deliver complex Salesforce CPQ projects, driving solutions from technical design to production deployment. Foster a high-performance, collaborative environment. Design and develop Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on CPQ, and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes, ensuring seamless integration and addressing business needs. Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues impacting workflows and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and recommend enhancements for improved business processes. Oversee implementation and management of related tools like ZoomInfo, Marketo, Gong, Outreach, LeanData, and DocuSign. Establish and monitor KPIs for platform health, project delivery, and business outcomes. Manage user adoption, training, and change management initiatives to maximize Salesforce platform engagement. Stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices to recommend and implement innovative solutions. What You Bring: 5–7 years of enterprise-level Salesforce experience, including implementations and platform optimizations. Expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and integrations. Proficiency in Quote-to-Cash workflows with hands-on experience in CPQ.
