Achieve the allotted AOP and sales targets for the region, demonstrating a commitment to outcomes with accountability, safety, and integrity. Generate sales opportunities for the Johnson Controls HVAC product range tailored to the Data Center Vertical Customer Accounts, ensuring a customer-focused approach while removing obstacles to enhance their experience. Provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and manage the sales pipeline effectively. Deliver engaging sales presentations that articulate the technical aspects of Johnson Controls' products, showcasing continuous improvement and problem-solving capabilities. Negotiate offers and contract terms, including legal, financial, payment, and other terms, while ensuring adherence to organizational approval matrices. Establish and nurture strong relationships with end-users, consultants, contractors, and architects. Conduct market and industry research to gather competitive intelligence and identify potential challenges affecting sales strategies.
