This role is critical in managing subscription renewals, processing sales transactions, and ensuring operational excellence across the full customer lifecycle—from quote to post-sale validation. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams to streamline processes and support retention and growth initiatives. This role requires adherence to software revenue recognition standards in accordance with accounting procedures and company policy. The position reports to the Manager, Global Sales Administration.
