Job Title: PTC Functional Senior Analyst (Oracle Fusion) Location: Bangalore Experience: 8-12 years Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Project to Close Functional Senior to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Project Portfolio Management Cloud (PPM) modules, with a very good understanding of DevOps methodologies. The role involves leading cross-functional discussions at various levels with business users to analyse requirements, brainstorm, articulate solutions, and recommend industry best practices to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for business, resolving production support incidents related to Oracle Project Portfolio Management Cloud (PPM). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management Cloud implementation. Design, configure, and customize Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud applications to meet business needs. Conduct system configurations, testing, and user training as needed. Implementing DevOps practices streamlining application deployment and enhancing system performance. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for effective software delivery. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion Project Management Cloud modules. Follow JCI’s Major Incident Management process to address any critical issues (P1/P2) by engaging the right teams. Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on Oracle Fusion functionalities. Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion enhancements and industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong analytical abilities. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a can-do approach. Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a reactive high-pressure environment. Strong knowledge of Oracl
