What will you do? The Purchasing Specialist is responsible for receiving, processing, and issuing purchase orders in accordance with company policies, procedures, and procurement guidelines. This role ensures timely and accurate procurement support while delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers. The incumbent will proactively develop solutions to meet customer requirements related to delivery timelines, quality standards, and sourcing needs. Additionally, the role may involve organizing, maintaining, and updating sourcing databases and supplier information. Key Responsibilities Receive, review, process, and issue purchase orders in compliance with company policies and procurement procedures. Ensure purchase orders are accurate, complete, and processed within established timelines. Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Resolve procurement-related issues and develop solutions to meet customer requirements regarding quality and delivery expectations. Monitor order status and follow up on outstanding orders to ensure continuity of supply. Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and purchasing data.
