The role will drive working capital improvement, process standardization, and governance, while partnering with global stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Operations. What you till do 1. End-to-End OTC Operations Leadership • Lead the full OTC lifecycle including: o Customer master data governance o Order management and invoicing o Credit management o Collections and dispute resolution o Cash application and reconciliation • Ensure adherence to standardized global processes across UK & US customer portfolios 2. Working Capital & AR Management • Drive DSO reduction, overdue collections, and cash flow optimization • Conduct regular reviews of: o Aged receivables o Bad deb
