What You Will Do In this role, you will lead the design, costing, and proposal development of fire protection solutions for mission‑critical data center environments. You will ensure all solutions comply with Uptime Institute Tier Standards and applicable NFPA, FM Global, IS, and NBC codes. You will be supporting sales team in Design and Estimation of Fire Protection, Gas Suppression, and associated control systems. Key responsibilities include project take‑offs, scope definition, technical analysis, code compliance checks, cost sheet preparation, vendor coordination, technical documentation, and value‑engineering initiatives. Delivering high‑quality, accurate, and timely proposals will be essential to achieving customer satisfaction and business results. How You Will Do It Independently execute end‑to‑end solutioning and costing for Data Center / Mission‑Critical facility projects. Apply deep expertise in Tier III / Tier IV design standards, integrating fire safety and control system
