Review MEP drawings, specifications, SOPs, and identify equipment related to Control Systems (BMS and third-party integration systems). Participate in project kick-off/review meetings; raise technical queries; maintain compliance/deviation and risk logs; and document MOMs. Follow standard estimation processes to select optimal hardware, software, equipment, materials, and services for competitive bids. Prepare BOM including selection of controllers, field devices, software, network architecture, and cable sizing/length calculations. Prepare costing sheets, comparison charts, technical write-ups, block diagrams, and deviation documents
