Position Summary Johnson Controls is seeking a highly motivated HVAC Equipment Systems Application Engineer to support the development and execution of building systems and equipment projects. This position is responsible for providing technical and engineering support throughout both the pre-sales and post-sales phases, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. P re-sales phase; the Equipment Systems Application Engineer receives guidance from branch leadership and Account Sales Executives to support customer requirements and sales objectives. Responsibilities include equipment and controls selection, system application support, design validation, estimating, proposal development, basis-of-design support, and bid pricing. Post -sales phase ; the Equipment Systems Application Engineer manages the execution of assigned equipment projects, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, project schedules, customer expectations, and financial goals. The role is responsible for developing technical documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering successful project outcomes while balancing customer satisfaction and profitability.
