About the Role SailPoint is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a full-stack engineering team for our flagship on-premises solution, IdentityIQ (IIQ). This team possesses the technical expertise and responsibility to drive core feature development and platform modernization, ensuring our customers receive timely, high-quality, and scalable releases. In this role, you will oversee both the development and QA processes, ensuring rigorous verification of resolved issues, automated testing, and seamless patch release deliverables. You will partner closely with Product Managers to ensure business requirements are clearly understood, scoped, developed, tested, and successfully deployed. To lead this team, we are looking for an experienced, motivational manager who will oversee how our enterprise customers utilize IdentityIQ to solve complex, large-scale identity and access management challenges.
