We are seeking a Director, Software Engineering to join our global Software Engineering team, where innovation knows no borders. This team drives ownership for product architecture, user interface (UI) applications and artificial intelligence (AI) systems. As Director, Software Engineering, you will oversee multiple engineering functions and high-availability product suites. You will manage through subordinate leaders, taking full human resources (HR) and budget responsibility while fostering an inclusive and balanced team environment. This role requires a hands-on leader who combines technical front-end expertise with strategic vision to challenge legacy processes and inspire commitment. What you'll do Lead engineering aspects of a high-availability product suite and define technical strategy. Drive progressive migration plans from legacy UI stacks to modern frameworks to increase scalability. Manage budgets, resource capacity and performance objectives through subordinate leaders.
