As a Senior Lead – Business Integration Analyst , you will partner with global business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize SAP Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) solutions that enable operational excellence and drive business value. This role is ideal for an experienced SAP FI/CO professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and is passionate about delivering scalable technology solutions. What You Will Do As a Senior Lead – Business Integration Analyst, you will: Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements for SAP Finance & Controlling initiatives. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solution designs aligned with industry best practices. Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules while resolving functional and system-related issues. Lead and support financial month-end closing activities, including preparation and maintenance of the Financial Closing Cockpit. Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation and conversion projects, including planning and executing cutover activities. Act as a trusted functional consultant during system analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Collaborate closely with ABAP developers, interface teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated business solutions. Develop and maintain project dashboards, reports, and status updates to ensure effective project governance. Drive continuous process improvements by leveraging SAP best practices and emerging technologies. What We Prefer We're looking for professionals who bring: SAP S/4HANA Certification (preferred).
