Manage the collection of repayment obligations to RTX for an assigned area or country, ensuring programs are delivered consistently, timely, and compliantly Create the repayment letters, collect the appropriate pay back obligation from reports, apply the tax obligation as needed from the RTX payroll system, upload the employee list and supporting documentation to the collection vendor Partner with HR to address repayment disputes and finalize resolution of remaining balances Liaise with repayment vendor to handle specific questions pertaining to documentation and payments Recommend enhancements to the overall process where issues may arise. Analyze repayment data and trends to identify root cause with actionable insights for process improvement Ability to work independently on repeatable documented process, and complete weekly case volume in a timely manner Provide consistent, timely, accurate and customer-focused HR transactional services and data administration to key stakeholders and customers, while contributing to the achievement of the People Services overall vision and strategy.
