What You Will Do: As a Principal Specialist within Warranty & Claims India team, you will act as a key point of contact for Warranty & Claims applications, supporting issues resolution, operational stability, system enhancements, and collaboration between business users, IT teams, and project stakeholders. This role involves supporting production incidents, troubleshooting SAP and integrated system issues, validating business requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, application reliability, and user experience. Responsibilities include: Support Warranty & Claims operational objectives and digital transformation initiatives Serve as the functional and technical SME for SAP Warranty & Claims applications Act as the primary point of contact for Warranty & Claims business users and other stakeholders for SAP application support, operational issues, and system-related inquiries Manage incidents, defects, and enhancement requests while ensuring timely issue resolution Support QAE testing activities including System Integratio
