Branding & Impact Statement Join RTX Enterprise Services as a Payroll Manager supporting US Payroll operations from our Bangalore, India hub. This critical role ensures accurate, compliant and timely payroll delivery for thousands of US-based employees and drives operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement across the payroll function. Work Model & Location This role is based in Bangalore, India. Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite per week. Supports US Payroll operations and requires flexibility to align with US working hours as needed. What You Will Do · Delivery and leadership of US payroll process delivery for RTX entities. · Provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to payroll team members. · Ensure compliance with US payroll laws and RTX internal control requirements. · Coordinate issue resolution with HR, Finance and external payroll vendors. · Review payroll processes and systems to improve efficiency, accuracy and security. · Identify automation opportunities and support process transformation projects. · Support employee inquiries and deliver excellent payroll service. · Create and maintain payroll procedures, compliance documentation and process guides. · Lead internal and external payroll audits. · Drive capability building, workload distribution and succession planning. · Promo
