* • Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis and 5-axis VMC machining operations using CAM application Mastercam and UG NX. • Plan and support machining processes including milling, drilling, grooving, tapping, threading, and waterjet cutting. • Provide tool design and tooling support for manufacturing. • Prepare, review, and validate manufacturing process documentation (work instructions and SOPs). • Develop and modify Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) structures and manage engineering changes. • Receive and review Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM). • Collaborate with shop-floor teams to support job setup, clamping, tooling selection, and process improvements. • Use Siemens NX (UG NX) and Teamcenter to extract dimensional data and validate 3D CAD models. • Select cutting tools using machining parameters based on materials and aerospace manufacturing standards. • Support tooling, jigs, fixtures, and tool-holding design activities. • Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to ensure manufacturing accuracy. • Coordinate with quality and production teams to maintain compliance with AS9100 standards. • Utilize ERP/SAP systems for production planning and manufacturing tracking. You Must Have * • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or production or aerospace engineering or an equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience. • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining and CAM program
