What You Will Do * We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer (P1) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Design and Development: Sound knowledge on mechanical engineering fundamentals, product design and drawing standards. Interpret component drawings, assemblies, and BOMs; proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA) and knowledge of Teamcenter/PLM preferred. Optimize designs for manufacturability, performance, and cost. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute innovative solutions to engineering challenges. Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to production. Exposure to electro-mechanical product design is a plus. 2. Operational Support and Problem Solving: Provide engineering support in addressing and resolving technical issues. Address technical issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
