Job Description Job Title: Senior Finance Manager – Financial Planning Analysis & Control Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 office days a week) Working Location: Indianapolis, IN An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Senior Finance Manager – Financial Planning Analysis & Control Manager, US Mature Programs to join the Defence Finance Team. As the Senior Finance Manager – Financial Planning Analysis & Control, you will be a key enabler for the SVP US Mature Programs by analyzing business and financial performance and providing insightful management information, tailored to the US Mature Programs portfolio. You will act as the central interface between the FP&A and FC Teams. Responsible for integrating inputs and driving consistency across key financial processes while delivering consistently high-quality submissions. Why Rolls-Royce?
