Job Description Job Title: Senior Component Design Engineer – Transmissions Working Pattern: Fulltime Working location: Indianapolis, IN As a Senior Component Design Engineer - Transmissions, you will be part of the global Turbomachinery Engineering, Technology & Safety organization. You will develop complex engineering solutions that satisfy cutting-edge aerospace functional and physical requirements and exhibit robustness for manufacturing capability. As part of the ET&S Transmissions engineering team, you’ll be responsible for developing, assessing, and delivering high-performance gas turbine rolling element bearings and advanced aerospace seals that push the envelope with performance, life, and efficiency. In addition, you’ll support capability growth of the local and global transmissions team as well as developing guidance and training materials associated with advanced bearings and gas turbine advanced sealing systems.
