Summary: This is an individual contributor role responsible for supporting end-to-end payroll operations for Singapore and APAC market in compliance with SOPs, company policies, and SLAs within a shared services environment. This person will be part of the GBS Team, ensuring accurate payroll processing, resolving employee queries, and supporting HR operations using Workday and ServiceNow. Responsibilities: Process payroll inputs and support end-to-end payroll operations with accuracy and timeliness. Validate payroll data including attendance, leave, reimbursements, deductions, and statutory components Manage payroll-related employee queries and resolve issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs) Ensure payroll transactions are processed in compliance with company policies, labour laws, and statutory regulations Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records in HR and payroll systems Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors to ensure smooth payroll processing Support employee lifecycle activities related to payroll including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exit settlements Monitor and reconcile payroll reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance Handle confidential employee information with integrity and discretion.
