Job Description Job Title: New Product Introduction Performance Engineer Working Pattern: Full time Working location: Indianapolis, IN/Hybrid (3 Office Days/Week on avg.) As a New Product Introduction Performance Engineer for Rolls-Royce, you will be a part of the Global System Engineering and Product Performance Capability team. This role involves whole system level design, simulation, and verification of engines/power systems to predict and verify system attributes which come from the integration of sub-system components. The role encompasses a wide range of technical activities ranging from development of computer models from engineering first principles, 1D thermodynamic simulation, empirical modelling, understanding of certification requirements and physical testing. In addition, the role requires integration skills to allow requirements, data, and product understanding to be gathered and disseminated across various stake holders (e.g. internal sub-system and component teams, airframers, regulatory authorities and customers) Why Rolls-Royce?
