Job Description Position Summary: Rockwell Automation's Safety, Sensing & Industrial Components Business is looking for an experienced Software Team Lead. This lead will lead a product team of engineers on all stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, and testing activities for industry-leading software. You will be experienced in the areas of engineering management, including recruitment, task assignments, technical mentoring, performance evaluations, people development, etc. The candidate will collaborate with Cross Functional, Software, Architecture, and Test engineering peers to ensure the development of high-quality products. You will report to the Manager, Software Engineering and have a hybrid schedule working in Pune, India. Your Responsibilities: Guide new product support continuation engineering projects with superior quality and on-time delivery Responsible for continuous development/ improvement and motivating a software development team. Partner with other teams to drive alignment and collaboration. Act as a bridge between technical teams, project stakeholders, and leadership.
