Job Description As a Project Controls Manager – GCC Project Governance, you will establish and drive project management governance and controls across GCC customer delivery projects. You will partner closely with GCC Execution teams, Project Managers, Finance, and regional stakeholders to improve schedule predictability, cost discipline, and delivery performance. You will report to the Global Delivery Process Transformation Director. Your Responsibilities Define, implement, and continuously improve GCC project governance frameworks, including lifecycle, stage gates, roles, approvals, and standard deliverables aligned to global standards. Establish and govern schedule and progress controls, including baseline schedules, WBS quality, milestone management, and portfolio-level tracking with early risk identification and recovery support. Define and enforce standard cost, margin, and forecasting practices (ETC, EAC, accruals) in partnership with Finance and Project Managers to identify trends and escalation risks. Operate and enforce risk, issue, and change management governance, ensuring proper ownership, impact analysis, escalation, and contractual/margin discipline.
