Job Description As a Demand Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for managing short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasting (0–24 months) for standard products across the APAC region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and global planning to ensure optimal inventory levels and service performance. This role operates in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and typically follows a hybrid work model. You will report to the Manager, AP Demand Planning and will be working from Noida, India. Your Responsibilities Develop and manage monthly short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts (0–24 months) for standard products. Support execution of the short-term demand planning process, including risk evaluation related to inventory and customer service levels. Integrate internal, external, quantitative, and qualitative inputs to improve forecast accuracy. Identify supply gaps using key metrics and collaborate with global planning teams to implement mitigation actions. Conduct regular business and performance reviews with stakeholders. Analyze forecast accuracy of metrics, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Participate in product lifecycle management, including NPI and phase-outs.
